It's best not to save EndNote Libraries to the cloud. According to the company that produces EndNote, "Storing EndNote libraries in cloud-syncing folders such as OneDrive, Box, and iCloud or keeping modifiable EndNote libraries [uncompressed EndNote libraries] on network drives or certain types of flash drives will increase the risk of encountering library corruption."
There are other ways to share an EndNote Library with others and access an EndNote library from multiple computers.
