On the library homepage, in the "Search the Library" area, click on the PubMed tab.

This will change the display so that the search box is now set specifically for PubMed.  Type the PMID number into the box and click "search."  You'll be taken to the specific page in PubMed for that particular article.

If you want the full text, once you are on the citation page, click the red and black "MD Anderson Full-text Article" button.*   This will either take you to a results page with a link to the article or journal where the full text can be found, or a page indicating that we do not have the full text for that article.  If that is the case, you will see a link allowing you to request that article via our ILLiad (interlibrary loan) service.

Alternatively, you can go to the PubMed website and simply type or paste the PMID in the search box.

*NOTE:  The MD Anderson full-text button works only for those who are onsite at MD Anderson, or for MD Anderson faculty, staff, and students who are off-campus but who have logged in remotely.
