Q. The EndNote tab in my Microsoft Word software is missing. How can I fix this?

• Depending on what version of Microsoft Word you have, click on either "File" or on the round button in the upper left corner
• Choose "Options"
• In the left-hand column, click "Add-Ins"
• Use the "Manage" drop-down menu near the bottom of the Word Options box, choose "Disabled Items," and click "Go"
• If any EndNote items appear in the disabled list, select them and click "Enable."

If there are no EndNote items in the "Disabled Items" list, you may need to uninstall and reinstall EndNote on your computer.
