Before you conduct your search in Google Scholar, click on the "Settings" icon near the top of the page.  Scroll down to the section titled "Bibliography Manager" and change the radio button to "Show links to import citations into".  Then use the pull-down menu to choose "EndNote" and click the "Save" button near the bottom of the page.

Once you have done this, every result should have a link underneath it that says "Import into EndNote."

If you are logged in to your Gmail or Google account when you do this, the change should be saved permanently.
