When you are creating a compressed library to e-mail and you get an error message, there can be several issues:
1) If your library exceeds the 4GB limit, you will not be able to compress the entire library with PDFs. You can choose to compress without file attachments or just compress one group in your library.
2) If you have attached PDFs to the EndNote library with long file names (longer than 250 characters), it can cause an error. Try copying your references to a new library and use the find full-text button to automatically download the majority of your PDFs to your library.
