Cochrane systematic reviews are internationally recognized as the gold standard for systematic reviews.
They're generally considered to be the most reliable systematic reviews because of the stringent methodologies they use to reduce bias and ensure trustworthy interpretation of the evidence.
Their reviews are vetted by the Cochrane Collaboration and must follow the extensive guidelines described in the Cochrane Handbook.
They're published in the Cochrane Library and are also indexed in PubMed.
