Keep the following points about figures in mind when developing your poster.

  • Always review submission guidelines for specific instructions about figures

  • Figures should be meaningful to the project 

  • Figures should be high-quality/high-resolution

  • A title/label and brief caption should accompany each figure

  • If you are using a figure that you did not create, make sure its permissions allow for reuse

    • The license associated with the figure determines if and/or how it can be used

  • Provide a citation for each figure that you did not create
