The library team has established several open access agreements which provide a discount or waiver of article processing charges for MD Anderson corresponding authors. While some agreements provide a discount, the library has added several new read and publish agreements, also known as transformative agreements. Read and publish agreements allow MD Anderson authors to publish in open access journals at no cost.
To receive the discount, authors must be a corresponding author on the submission. They must also select the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center as their affiliation.
