NIH funding must be linked to publications in My Bibliography to show up in RPPR reports. Here's how to add NIH funding to a publication.

NIH instructions with screenshots

  1. Go to PubMed > Click the Login button located in the top right of the window
  2. Select the appropriate login button. There are several options:
    • Select the Login.gov login option > If you do not have Login.gov credentials, create an account
    • Alternatively, select the eRA Commons login option
    • Non-faculty/support staff -  Choose more login options, search for MD Anderson, and login using your work credentials.
  3. Click on your username located in the top right of the window > Select Publications
  4. Select a publication citation (multiple citations can be selected)
  5. Select Add Award
  6. Check the box next to the appropriate award and click the Close button

*Note: Researchers can delegate access to My Bibliography. Delegates can add publications and funding on behalf of researchers. When delegating access, researchers must login using eRA Commons or Login.gov credentials. [See instructions]
